How do I care for my silk?
Silk is a natural material which, with age, will gain in beauty and softness when properly cared for. Silk is very absorptive and can be permanently damaged by perfumes and other sprays. All silk products are dry clean only, including furniture with silk upholstery. Please don’t store your silk in plastic, as it needs to breathe. Silk should be ironed on the reverse side on low to medium heat, preferably between another material.

How do I order custom items, such as window treatments?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is shipped, it takes approximately 4 business days for non-oversized items to arrive. Please note that hand-woven products may take up to 10 to 12 weeks to ship, depending on the quantity of your order and fabric availability. You will be notified via email of any expected delays.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only to the Continental US. However, if you would like to place an order for international shipping, please contact us at info@imakestudio.com and we will evaluate if it is possible to ship to your location.

Can I make a return?
Yes, IMAKE STUDIO welcomes all returns if you are not completely satisfied. Please read our Return Policy for additional information.

Can I request material samples?
Yes, material samples for all Dreamweave Fabrics can be purchased by emailing info@imakestudio.com. In your email, please include the name and number of the fabric you would like to request, and your shipping address.

Do you offer a trade discount?
Currently IMAKE STUDIO does not offer a trade discount.
